Hi Anuradha,
In a nutshell, a full stack developer means someone whose technologies includes all that is required to develop a web application.
Any web application mainly consists of UI technologies, i.e. front end and backend technologies, i.e. server-side. Now, someone who knows both, along with database and UNIX, is called a Fullstack developer. He has knowledge/develops all components required to build/test/deliver/maintain a web application.
On the other hand, Angular is a UI technology/ a javascript framework/ collection of javascript libraries to develop rich and responsive web applications.
