I am a CFA Charterholder with a professional work experience of more than 6 years in financial modelling, valuation, equity research and financial statement analysis. I current work as an individual consultant to early stage companies to raise funds and perform valuation analysis. Previously I worked as a senior analyst providing expertise to clients in the field of financial advisory for business valuation, financial reporting, M&A, estate tax, gift tax and employee stock ownership plans. I graduated with a silver medal majored in Finance from a private university in Gujarat, India.
Besides work, my interest lies in economics and investments. I am also actively involved in mentoring, providing professional guidance and teaching students, recent graduates and finance professionals.
