The eligibility criteria for entrance test which includes the Age limit for Admission in Karnataka University 2018, Karnataka University Admission Qualification as follows. The Following Group or Category of Courses list is the Eligibility for the Admission in Karnataka University.
KCET Age Limit:Â Thereâ??s no Specific age limit to appear in Common Entrance Test 2018.
KCET Qualification:
The candidate should have studied and passed in one or more Government or recognised educational institutions located in the State of Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN academic years commencing from 1st standard to 2nd PUC / 12th standard as on 1st July of the year in which the Entrance Test is held and must have appeared and passed either SSLC / 10th standard or 2nd PUC / 12th standard examination from Karnataka State.
- Candidates must pass their examination with Mathematics & Physics as a main subject & English as a language subject.
- In case of the candidate who had taken more than one year to pass a class or standard, the years of academic study is counted as one year only.
KCET 2018 Exam Pattern
The entrance examination will be conducted in offline mode. There would be no negative marking so marks would not be deducted for any incorrect answers. The exam pattern according to the marks and selected course by students for the Karnataka University entrance Test 2018 Test is given as follows,
