"I got to know about Nandita ji from a friend of mine during lockdown as I was in pain due sciatica and decided to take a demo class (It's been one and half month with Nandita ji). Earlier I used to do yoga by myself and was doing fine but after taking classes I must say I am doing absolutely fine and you definitely need a teacher to do yoga. From last 15 days I haven't felt any discomfort or pain, I am more energetic and relaxed. This is the first time I took classes for yoga that too online and will suggest others to do so. In Ayurveda, Svasthya/Health means :
The proper balance of the three Dosa(Vaat, pitta, Kafa), Agni (digestive fire & metabolism), Dhatu(the seven elements) and Malakriya( excretion of waste), and Pleasantness of the Atma(self), Indriya(sense organs) and Manas (mind) constitute a Svasthya/health.
Only in "yog", one can attain Transcendental from the mind; self-realisation; blissfulness (the culmination of Swasthya).
