If you are confident there, you need to train on tools like behavioural/psychological tools/exercises that are often used in such trainings. Done with that, then you need to attend some good training programs to see how such programs are delivered in practice. Lastly, you need to either join an existing training company or do some personal brand digital advertising and get the first few projects may be free/pilot basis till organisations know you and engage with you. Can I do B.ed and M.com together after 12th?
For doing B.ed, you have to complete graduation like BCom or BSc or BA etc. After that, if you are capable, then you can do B.ed and MCom, but my suggestion and advice would be to do one course at a time.

DO, Does etc. are helping verbs which indicate the time and degree of completion in a sentence. There are rules where they can be used- in English Grammar.
These conversation of English Grammar and related stuff should not be part of Behavioral training. They should be part of Communication skills training instead
