How to start a online tuition? What are the hardware and software (services and applications)needed at the tutor's end and student's end? Are these services come at a charge or is free?

I had been taking online classes since the outbreak of the pandemic. All you need to have is an excellent stable connection both at your end and student end. A video interacting software like Zoom or you can use the G-mail video call option available for the Gmail users. Last but not least is get yourself and the student comfortable first for adapting to it. It takes some time (2-4 classes) before everything turning back to as usual as the offline classes.

You need to have a working laptop or desktop to teach online comfortably. Teaching can be done through Zoom or Skype or Microsoft Teams or Google Meet; depending on your comfort levels. UrbanPro Live is another platform that enables online education. Softcopy of learning materials can be stored in Google Docs for remote reference at any point in time.

In case of an emergency or an unavoidable situation assuming you are in transit, I propose to use mobile apps like Zoom. I have done this too.
