  • How many times do we hear this, " Oh, I thought you meant....?"

  • The second most important C in effective Communication is Clarity. The sender should be clear both in thoughts and expressions before conveying the message to the receivers.

  • When communicating with someone, be clear about your goal or message.

  • The purpose should be clear.                                                                                                             

  • Make sure that its easy for the reader and listener to understand the meaning.

  • No guessing game/ reading between the lines/ assumptions  for the audience to understand on their own.

  • The logic and sequence of the thougths also should be kept in mind.

  • As a receiver in communication process: the receivers also has the responsibility to ask for clarifications tactfully to effectively implement the process.
