"I weighed 500 lbs at one point in my life. I lost the weight and noticed that I had chicken arms. I knew I had to start wiring out so I checked out a few gyms and found Anytime Fitness. I also knew I needed a teainer. They introduced me to Daniel Montijo. Dan is a great trainer! He knew exactly what to exercises I needed to build muscles. He is a great motivator as he knew how far too push me. If it wasn't for Dan, I probably would have quit Anytime Fitness. Because of him I'm now addicted to working out! "

"I decided to join beauce I was tired of being over weight and having all the heart issues caused by my weight I wanted to be healthy for my kids and for my self! I was binge eating and purging on a regular basis it was killing me pretty much no easier way to say it!!!! I had to do something so my boyfriend was already a member and I joined and he goes with me motivates me helps me! I never knew I could do the things I can do!!!! I never knew I can say my achievements are amazing I have since lost about 25 lbs!I don't at all binge or purge!!!!! my blood pressure is done and my svts which was a reoccurring issue with my heart has completely went away! I feel so much energy I feel healthy its amazing the big difference in just 1 month! "
