My engineering background (ECE graduate) from PEC Chandigarh, combined with my professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer at UKG, has honed my quantitative skills, especially in areas relevant to the GMAT’s Quantitative Reasoning section. In my daily work, I regularly engage with data analysis, logic-based problem-solving, and critical thinking, all of which directly apply to GMAT quant topics like algebra, geometry, and data sufficiency.
I also understand that many students struggle with quant due to time pressure, complex problem-solving techniques, and unfamiliarity with GMAT-specific question types. Having gone through the GMAT myself, I have developed strategies to tackle these challenges—from efficient time management to breaking down complex problems into simpler steps. My experience allows me to teach these concepts not only from a theoretical standpoint but also by offering practical tips and shortcuts that helped me succeed.
I hold a GMAT Focus score of 665 and have extensive experience applying to top MIM and MBA programs both abroad and in India, including schools like Judge Business School, ISB, Oxford, ESADE, and IESE, among others. Through this process, I gained deep insights into the admissions requirements, application strategy, and the importance of a solid GMAT score for highly competitive programs.
