Hello Khushi,
M a Jazz & Contemporary trainer instructor but as a student and teacher both i feel a student's passion towards learning can tell more about who's best for him/her. Also a beginner can start with basic Jazz/Ballet trainer if she wishes to actually train.

Because it has a lot of Physical and Mental Health benifits. Dancing regularly for 30 mins definitely help you burn calories but also helps you release some mental stress. The pleasure of dancing to your favourite tunes can help you focus more on fun part rather than the cardio part.
