"In short:-dont study from her she is a fraud. We regret so much taking classes from her and wasting our 15000 rupees on this.She took payment from us through gpay and not through urbanpro so when we called them they said that we should have not payed her through gpay as now they are not responsible for refund. So pls pay your online tutors through the site only dont directly pay to the tutor so that if something happen in the future the company will fix it in long:- first of all she lied that she would teach upto jee level but in reality physics and chemistry are not even her subjects and she don't even know the level of entrance exams and neither she can teach upto that level. Now at starting of classes she didn't even teach for a whole hour she would just waste half of the time saying "I am in class where are you. I can see you but not hear you" and would only teach for 30 min or even just 15-20 min. Seeing this I called her and told her to teach whole hour then only she started teaching her for an whole hour. Her level of teaching was ok ok but no way near an entrance exam level and it was still below 12th board level. Next about tests. We asked her ki if you will take regular test and she agreed to that . In one class she even said and I quote "Hum 4 -4 units ke test lenge or fir uske baad hum saare syllabus ka test lenge" but after countless reminder she took just one test of just 5 questions that too long question answer. Does she even know that entrance exam have mcq's?? In same way she took second test but we never got marks of second test its been a month and when we told her to take third test she lied that she sent it in the mail but we never got in our mail and after our constant reminder to take test you know what she said she said "Its not my responsibility" can you believe her? A teacher who says that taking a test is not her responsibility is nothing but a fraud teacher who just want money. Also when we were messaging and calling her constantly about the third test she messaged that she is in class so she cant take calls so we humbly asked her ki tell us the time when you are free and we will call you at that time but she kept ignoring that message and never told us the time when to call her. Next day we called her from my different number and when we talked to her she said that she had sent the test through mail and that she will even send us a screenshot that she sent a mail but as expected she never sent the screenshot and neither the test nor the marks of previous test she was clearly lying. Then she suddenly cut the call and ignored our calls and messages. Don't believe these 5 star rating they are clearly fake. "

Stop posting fake review, I have completed entire syllabus and gave you notes ,and taken tests with your satisfaction, and I have proof of that of recorded lectures and mails for notes also, I can't take your calls in every 2mins ,not only available for only you, I am teacher, not your pupet ok, so stop post fake review of your frustration.

"I took her coaching from urban pro app but she never registered on Urban pro, taken RS 6000 from by Gpay, now because of cancellation of class lectures of Mathematics she now hesitating to return my fees 5000 after deducting 4-5 lectures. She is not receiving calls. I have provided my account details to her, but her response is not so satisfactory also. No response at all. This is very irresponsible behaviour and I am very much disappointed from Urban Pro. "

I have given 9 lectures for you, and charge for each lecture is Rs400 for Graduation ,so total charge for 9 lecture is Rs3600,you paid me Rs6000,you will get refund of Rs2400 as I told you till 30th September, I have Canceled your classes because you talking in bad manner, being teacher I can't accept this behavior from any student.
