"I had paid Rs 2000 for offline grand test in August 17. The Bangalore office didn't conduct any test. They said they are not associated with Dr Bhatia and they are bright institute. I requested to convert the same to online test and pay the difference. They immediately agreed and asked me to pay further Rs 5750. I paid the amount. Now they say they can't help. Now they say they have to speak to ruby. I had spoken to ruby in the month of Nov 2017. He said it will be done easily. They say now they can't offer any tests even though they have taken the amount. "
