Definitely because onces you started meditating your mind comes in your control means your thoughts are in your control know like how we control a monkey.our mind is just like a monkey keep on moving from one thought to another.onces you start your meditation journey you will be more clear with you thoughts and it will help you to make correct decision and your decision you take makes you wise and intelligent.So start meditation.Hari Om 🙏

Yoga will definitely help you to overcome gut related issue.few asanas for lower back pain will help you to reduce the pain and you will definitely see the slowly your prob of back pain reduce.meditation is so important for our mental health siting quietly for 15 min in a day will do wonders in your life.

Sivananda yoga is excellent for beginners since it is gentle and accessible. The pace of progression is slow, giving your body sufficient time to adapt. Sivananda yoga is less physical, less focused on alignment and detail than Iyengar Yoga. In addition, Sivananda Yoga is a holistic method, while Iyengar Yoga focuses mostly on the body. Another difference is that Iyengar Yoga makes heavy use of props.
