"Yoga is much more than doing different difficult poses or flexibility, it's beyond that it's about getting the basic essentials right like breathing correctly or being mindful. Sir has been extremely helpful in making me learn the same, Apart from making therapy part of the everyday class, special attention is given to mental fitness. The best part is the pre-exercises, I request all to never start doing asanas before doing such pre exercises to warm up the body. I have myself don't yoga beginners course from morarji Desai institute and sir just helps me take that to the next level."
