Age doesn't matter if you have the passion to learn dance. I have had students even older than you who joined Kathak at a later stage in life & can dance well.
You will definitely gain confidence once you start learning. If you have pressure of studies, you can join weekend batches or any batch in the evening. That would work as a meditation & relief in between your studies.
