What are the best colleges for me if I am getting 125-140 in the NATA and 80-85 in boards (general category)?

Nata and Jee paper - 2 mains (which is scheduled on same day along with Jee mains)

Will the NATA be there for 2018 or will any other exams replace it?

There might be another exam. As per SC ruling there should be a common exam.

Can I get into a B.Arch course at IIT Roorkee through NATA or JEE (Mains) paper 2?

No enough...... There is lots of things to cover in it.
