IdentityA teacher should ensure individual attention so as to know the weak points and strong points of his/her students in a particular subjects.Then he can take corrective steps to strengthen student's weak points. He must focus on conceptual clarity(instead of only cramming) by giving real life examples so that students can remember the taught lessons over a long period of time and score high marks in their respective subjects. Also this approach helps students to interrelate things and thus helps in becoming broad-minded which is very vital in their overall development.
Most importantly , explaining what you know is what matters in teaching. A teachers explanation capacity and patience plays a crucial role. A teacher should make things simple and easy in order to make student understand any concepts in a better manner. For this he should think like a student so that he can chart out the easiest approach to make the lessons understandable to students of all kinds.
