Whoever said it is "smart work" versus "hard work"? You need to be smart about working hard. That's all there is to it. Competitive exams require a time-bound & marks-oriented approach. Competitive exams are not competitive enough if we have all the time in the world to finish the paper. In fact, many exams are so designed that it is simply not possible to excel and finish it in time. So, you need to hone your accuracy through daily practice. Working hard over a sustained period of time while following a structured scheduled made for that very purpose.
But at the same time develop your backup option, the Plan B should things go sideways in the exam hall. Simulating the exam scenario at home during practice, knowing which types of question to go for and which ones to leave alone. . .these are some of the ways by which you work "smart". Rest assured that both are key ingredients for success in any competitive exams.
Would you say that IAS aspirants don't "work hard"? That won't be a very "smart" thing to do, would it?
Cheers!

Ok, let's take one at a time:
1. Do you think a person who is studying Commerce in class XII will seriously consider you? You who also teach kids? Where is your niche? And you want to train for all grades.
Understand one thing Preksha. If you cast your net wider, it doesn't mean that you will get a more significant catch. It may apply for fishing. But not here. Would a heart patient go to a general physician for his ailment, or would he search out a cardiologist?
2. Forget about a particular app. Each is as good as the other. Or useless. It all depends on how good a teacher you are. The app will not make you a great teacher. Do you think the type of cricket bat has anything to do with Sachin Tendulkar's reputation as a legendary cricketer?
I hope you got your answers. You may not have liked them though :)
But sincerely, I wish you all the very best. Just remember to make your own rules as you go along and avoid the herd mentality.
Cheers!
