I want to start with my first teaching experience during the initial stage I observed the different abilities of students because of the individual differences among the students. i worked on basic language proficiency and made my students more capable so they can not lag in language areas. I worked with the help of phonic sounds which worked. I performed extra duties and responsibilities along with extracurricular activities. I used to teach my students with role-play methods so that they could understand the concept. I role-play have unique ideas of to math and mental math.
