"I am penning my review after undertaking two months of online classes with isha ma'am. Lemme be very candid and elaborative in my review so that it will assists people who scans through reviews to home down to the correct coach/teacher. At the outset lemme tell you. If you are reading this review and want a meditation and breathing yoga teacher. You should not scroll more. Isha maam is the best in this field. I am a class one govt officer with lot of work stress which had started creeping into my lifestyle and had been affecting my health. But for last two months. Life had really changed. Minor ailments also vanished into thin air. All thanks to isha maam. So I am very very contented and blessed to find her. Looking forward for a lifelong association "
