Hello Pranay, the best way to convert inquiries on UrbanPro is to respond by sending a customised message for the specific class and follow it with a WhatsApp message. Also, call the student on the same day, be sure to call within the time range given by the student. It is difficult to convert potential learners into students without talking to them and interacting with them.
