"Course- business communication. Duration- 30 days. Course content - excellent. Everyday session includes Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, sentence making, tongue twisters, learn from videos, record your video, and workout sheets. Experience - fabulous, enlightening. I joined the class to improve my communication. I wanted to talk to someone in English, as I do not get any opportunity to speak. Also the lack of exposure made me shy away, if I get any opportunity. I try to complete the work out sheets given in the end of each session, as far as possible. But still I couldn't record my videos as I was too occupied with my work. After attending the sessions, I started looking for opportunities to speak in English. Even though I made mistakes or did make pauses I still continued to speak in English. I was able to communicate in English for an hour or so. About urbanpro - an effective platform for all learners. About the trainer - excellent teacher. Even though I had attended spoken English classes earlier, Shruti's sessions are completely different from them. The energy and positivity really motivated me to stay on track. Her commitment, clarity, values and command were the real motivators. Not only did she teach English, but also she has good virtues by nature. She gave me the confidence, that one day I would speak English fluently. I am determined to continue my classes till I master it. Thank you so much Shruti. "

"The most important consideration for an adult student is finding a teacher who has experience with all different types of learners. I find Shruti mam who can teach anyone of any level and walk of life. She is amazing. I enjoy lessons very much. From beginning, I shared my problem and suggested some direction that i prefer. She fully and immediately understood my needs and quickly adjusted and created the tools to maximize the improvement on my learning. Her way of teachings is totally different and sometimes i feel i am not in any class i just feel like i am doing my routine work. "One of the best teacher in Delhi NCR I must say. She handled the course with a good pace and orderly. I have been to other courses where the instructor clearly appeared rushed, since there is a lot of info to cram in short amount of time.
