Due to a long time practice the sweat from our fingers will be there on the string this will cause rusting and there is high chance of breaking the string. Other thing is that the string is used for a long time and is not changed yet

Yeah you can, this is completely fine, it's not ideal of course and there is a risk of the string snapping at the kink where it originally wrapped around the post, but for the most part you should be fine.

Simply put, corrosion is what destroys your guitar strings. And unless you store your gear in a climate-controlled room, you're probably at risk of it. Sweat, oil, dirt, and moisture all play into the process.

Old strings (dead strings) tend to be more stable and consistent in tone. Though eventually they do get played out and won't stay in tune and lose tone. Some prefer the sound (even seasoned pros).
