If I want to learn guitar, am I supposed to bring my own guitar or the tutor provides it?

It depends upon the tutor. If it's an institute, they wouldn't immediately ask you to buy a guitar. But if you're taking private classes, it is advisable that you have your guitar otherwise the tutor and the student would keep juggling the instrument amongst themselves.
Also, if the student has his own guitar, he would be able to practice on his own. Plus, you get a good grip over your instrument.
All in all, if you wish to learn guitar, it is advisable that you buy your own guitar.

The answer is: it depends. It depends whether you're taking private classes at your place or you're going to an institution. For private courses, you have to have your guitar, and for the institution, it is not compulsory as every institution has its instruments, and those are for the students only. The second thing which you should know is that it is always good to play on your device just because you spend so much time on it, you know in and out of it, and most importantly every musician has a special connection with their instruments. So you can choose whether travelling light is more important to you or that connect is.

Well, I do believe it is a must that you purchase a guitar before starting classes because you will need to practice on your own as well. Now that being said. Purchasing a guitar is like buying a car. What I mean by that is, it is straightforward to get cheated into buying a bad one. So, I would recommend getting the help of your music teacher if he or she is experienced in this matter. My suggestions if you are a beginner would be
