"I went to join IELTS class, she also sold be spoken English class. We suppose to run both the class in parallel. But she always have an excuse for not start the IELTS class finally I let to know that she not started it because I was a single student. Then I ask her for refund but she refuse to refund. I attended 6 class and she told me that I have attended 10 classes. She try to take money from student first then if service is poor she never ever refund the money. Also very expert in excuse, lot of emotional excuse, mix personal and professional life. One day she agree to refund money but in front of all student then next day she refuse. "

Hi Amit, Let me explain you each point once again,although I had explained many times earlier also. 1. I sold you English classes along with IELTS, I evaluated your grammar through a simple test & it came out to be at 4.5 to 5.5 level. I told you that with this level of grammar, you can only score 4.5 to 5.5 in IELTS. But your requirement was 7+. So, I suggested you "Grammar brushup + IELTS". My intention was to help you achieve 7+ in one attempt. I also gave you the option of taking only IELTS classes. After a 1 hour long discussion and careful understanding of results, cost, time duration, process- you chose to go with the 1st option. You are not a kid, but a 35+ yr old, mature professional. Nobody forced you. You took the best decision for self. 2. You attended only 6 classes, not 9, you were absent on 3 classes for your personal reasons but batch was going on. You were given the cover up for those missed classes, when you came back. 3. I did not start your IELTS classes, The deal was that you will start your 40 hr training by paying 5000, attend 5 classes and pay the remaining fee(10500) before your 6th class. You did not pay your fee after repeated fee reminders and kept attending grammar classes.At last, because of your behavioral issues and unwillingness to pay fee, I had to expel you from the batch. I promised to refund you the entire fee if quality was unsatisfactory. You loved the quality, but did not want to pay fee. So, you are not entitled to any refund.
