Meditation is the art of non doing. It is a state of peace that comes to you like sleep, it cannot be brought via effort but only through effortlessness. My sessions in a way prepare the student to reach that state and experience bliss. The sessions are like sowing the seed, watering it and then keeping it in the sun for the life to come and bloom the seed. Recognising this life infusion is meditation.
