There are two things you need to do: Firstly, take feedback on the skills that you need to improve by talking to your friends, relatives, colleagues and professional contacts. Secondly, learn how to improve your skills from a trainer or coach who is very good in his/ her soft skills.

Reluctant implies that the person is not motivated or perceives some obstacles or has some doubts or apprehensions about the successful outcome of what needs to be done. Reluctant implies that the person is not motivated or perceives some obstacles or has some doubts or apprehensions about the successful outcome of what needs to be done.

Sometimes it may happen that he is not clear about the goal or may even lack confidence in his ability to achieve the goal.

Inefficient means that he is not skilled or cannot do the task in the best possible way. He may be taking extra time or taking a longer route to achieve the goal or target.

It does not always indicate failure but can be because of a skill gap in the process that needs to be employed to achieve the best outcome.
