Me Valsala K, a dedicated educator with a rich background in the field of English literature and language teaching. Having spent nearly three decades in government service as a higher secondary school teacher in English, I've honed my teaching skills and passion for education. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor in English at a self-financed college affiliated with Kannur University. However, I am currently out of station and on leave for this academic year. My academic journey includes an M.A. in English literature, a B.Ed. with a focus on History and English, and a B.A. with dual majors in History and Economics. I've also earned Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English (PGDTE) and Post Graduate certificate in Teaching English (PGTCE) from CIEFL Hyderabad. With qualifications backed by a successful career, I hold the distinction of being SET qualified in English and have even passed the examination for Executive Officer. My journey spans an impressive 29 years of dedicated service in the government sector, followed by 5 years and 10; months as an Assistant Professor in English, and I am excited to continue making a positive impact on the academic world."
