Testing would be the best choice if you require less amount of coding .also Business Analyst would be the other option. From RPA you can try with Uipath which has less coding. But I strongly suggest you learn the basics of any programing language like data types, variables, conditions, loops that helps you grasp any of the above-mentioned choices quickly
