"It's encouraging to see people at all fitness levels working out under the same roof. Plus, Daksha Fitness Studio is in my backyard, there is no excuse not to go!I have never looked forward to going to a gym until I joined Daksha Fitness Studio - and my enthusiasm is beginning to show in my physique!"

"As someone who has avoided gym class since high school, I surprise myself by how often I go—sometimes twice a day. I’ve lost weight, inches, and gained muscle mass. I’m stronger, fitter and doing classes that I probably couldn’t have done in my 20’s. Most importantly, I’ve learned to enjoy exercising and to incorporate it into my daily life."
