Mr.Vissu, Speaking in English is not rocket science that it is impossible to get. The best and the simplest way to be fluent is SPEAK, SPEAK and SPEAK. Speak in English whether right or wrong. Listen to people who speak good English and speak to people who are not so good in communicating with you in English. With this you can overcome your fear and gain confidence and the rest of the fluency... it will take care of once you overcome your fear. Good luck
