"I first approached Novus Education in the first week of May 2018. I had already taken IELTS test but I lost the required score by 0.5 in the speaking test. I enquired if I could take classes just for one module and enrolled for classes but couldn't attend, as something came up at home. Then I received a call from the institute and when I explained why I couldn't turn up for classes, they suggested online classes at a time of my choice. Before having an orientation session with Mr. Saurav Ghosal, I never knew I could speak confidently at all. He is adept and skillful in executing his sessions, all of which were tailor made to fix my flaws in using the language. The ice breaking took three sessions because I am not used to speaking in English on general topics. He gave me the necessary inputs and the sessions were quite helpful in boosting my confidence. I took my IELTS on 30th of June and I have the speaking test scheduled for the 4th of July. I am confident I'd make it this time. Thanks to Mr. Saurav Ghosal and to Novus for helping me out with their online classes. I'd definitely recommend Novus Education for IELTS training. "
