It's a tough question to answer. All public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) are excellent.
If you are a developer, I would highly recommend you to learn Azure. Azure is excellent in offering PaaS & Serverless services.
If you are Windows / Network Admin, you can learn any of the three clouds mentioned above.
