Few tips for your need:
Play football/do swimming 1 hour each regularly. Most important, never skip warm-up exercises before you play.
Include protien & fibre rich fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid fried and baked food. (Helps you in six-packs)
Eat less but more frequently. (4 - 6 times a day). Never skip breakfast.
Sleep 8 hours per day regularly.
Hang out with people who you love and people who you get inspired from. (for emotional pump-up)

Dear Friend,
Firstly, Do not worry. Skinny girls look most beautiful. So, Be confident and do not care about people who judge others based on how one looks. All that matters is if you are in good health.
Some tips for healthy lifestyle:
1) Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, dry fruits and ghee regularly.
2) Chew well while eating your meals. Do not gulp.
3) Drink 6 - 12 glasses of water (as per your capacity)
4) Perform surya-namaskar everyday - 3-12 times/day (or as per your capacity).
5) Peform these yogasanas regularly to improve physique:
Ustrasana , Bhujangasana, Gowmukhasana, Dwikonasana, Dhanurasana and Vrikshasana - Google it :)
6) Most important! Do not carry tensions in your head. Maintain emotional well-being. Be around friends and family who love you unconditionally and support you. Love yourself. Pamper yourself.
7) Sleep by 10 PM and wake up before 6 AM. Minimum 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary (depending on nature of your work everyday)
