"I must say that my experience was just great as the instructor is quite knowledgeable. What I liked most was the patience, clarity, and the skill on how a topic is presented.The staffs at COSS are exceptionally polite, and provide you with immediate attention if you had any problems at all. My instructor was a really nice and friendly . He was very courteous, easy to get on with. His teaching techniques and knowledge of RedHat to pass the exams were, on the whole, good. He was able to give me examples of practical applications, so that the concepts and techniques that I was learning didn't remain floating in the air, but were set in concrete. "
