Hello,
If it's explicitly stated that you need to have a specific band to get the visa, by all means, you'll have to appear for the test. The best thing to do is to contact the University because in some situations they allow the students from the first world countries directly without the condition of taking IELTS exam.

Hi Bilal, learn English in 20 days with a mentor who will guide you from where you stop talking. I teach with the Daltons system incorporated for smooth English. The best way to learn english is to start describing the people / things you see in 4-5 sentences daily. When you stop having words to describe, its time to learn new words. When learning, there is a trick to remembering new words. By this time, you are already thinking in English. Do I need to say more for you to call me?
