Hi.
Yoga and meditation can help but dont solve ur problem. You have to first know the exact root cause of your problem then add some yoga and resistance training in your routine as u said u have back problem so consider good fitness professional who have knowledge about this.also u are suffering from gut issue which are responsible for 90% health related problems..so consult with dietician and prepare good diet plan..u will definitely recover from all this but need consistency and long term positive approach .
