"It is a scam gym. I was promised an EMI and twice they swiped my card with full money and no EMI facility. Then the staff kept telling me that they'll refund my money and kept dragging it and the owner keeps ignoring the customers as if the customer is a beggar. After 4 months of struggle, finally I took a refund from them after threatening that I'll approach the police and file a complain until then there was no sign of refund whatsoever. Also, they promised 6 months free PT and then suddenly after a month changed it to 3 saying we calculate it as 3 sessions a week and if you take 5 days then we'll only provide for 3 months, which was not informed to me at the time of enrolling. Lot of fine lines. The local management is not able to take a call while the owner is always aloof avoiding customer grievances. Please do not fall for this scam gym. "
