"This is my first online class for yoga. My goal was to weight gain mam suggested me the diet and I feel like I am in live yoga class not online class because she gives us that vibe of her presence. Mam is very particular about the yoga poses. She make sure everything in the class is going well and good with everyone I gained 3kgs of weight in a month with basic diet and one hour yoga practice. The yoga practices which ma’am taught, with different variations, they were very effective.
