Apart from being a teacher, as a learner, I practice the Iyenger style of Yoga that focuses primarily on body alignment. Everyone has a different level of flexibility and strength. I will be your guide to enhance it gracefully. If weight loss is only your reason to do Yoga, I recommend you join a Gym. I teach Yoga (Meditation, Pranayama & Asana).
