This is a 30 day challenge. The main Goal of this plan is to change your lifestyle and make certain things as habits.
1. Sleep
2. Nutrition
3. Exercise
We are gonna bring change in 30 days and get into a new healthy Lifestyle.
1. You have to sleep for 8 hours per day.
2. You will be given a customised nutrition plan according to your Weight and height.
3. You have to do Checkin everyday without fail.
4. You have to do simple body weight exercises for 30 days.
5. You have to walk 10000 steps per day for the next 30 days.
6. You will be given 2 zoom sessions.
7. You will be given a workout plan.
8. Your questions will be answered in WhatsApp, (preferred to send a voice note)
9. The 30 day challenge cost is 200 per day (6k)
10. You have to follow whatever is mentioned for 30 days without fail, without excuse. If you follow 200 percent of what i recommend. You can lose at least 4 to 5 kg in a month.
