We will be working on a combination of cardio, HRX, weights and also focusing centre part of our abs to make a better impact on the overall body.
This session, will also educate your knowledge and brush up on fitness, as we progress towards working out together we will find better energy through a group of people who keeps us motivated to do more.
We are not advertising fat loss or weight gain, we are completely devoted to bringing your fitness level to the next level and speed-up from there.
Also, I am not selling fitness but trying to build a group that can lead another group to make the best out of people around us and ultimately keeping fit together.
