I am Neha, an enthusiastic and dedicated faculty member at one of Pune's renowned residential schools. I am currently working at Sahyadri School - Krishnamurti Foundation India (KFI). With a deep-rooted passion for education, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the minds of our future leaders in Grade 2nd to 6th, where I teach Marathi, Mathematics and Science subjects. The alternate education model that the schools of Krishnamurti offer added a unique understanding in me towards a new pedagogical approach. I have been successfully imbibing it for the comprehensive development of the learners. Recognizing the uniqueness of each student, I tailor my teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles. My approach combines traditional pedagogy with modern teaching techniques, incorporating the use of technology and multimedia to enhance the learning experience. Through continuous assessments and feedback, I ensure that every student receives the support they need to excel academically and holistically. I am an experienced faculty with overall exposure ranging over 5 years. I am very well familiar with C.B.S.E, I.C.S.E and Maharashtra Board curriculum. I have worked as a freelance teacher for various online and offline based ed-tech platforms and coaching institutes. I am a passionate teacher and an encouraging educator with an ability to make subjects interesting for students.
