The fundamental question, what is precisely fitness? Is it having six-pack abs or have a skinny size zero figure like the Instagram models you see online? Or is it about following a specific type of diet and starving yourself? The answer is a big NO.
Fitness is having a healthy body and healthy mind. Fitness is not starving yourself to death but having a healthy amount of food according to your body type(doshas as described in Ayurveda). Fitness is about doing a fair amount of physical exercise. Fitness is not a goal its an individual journey to achieve physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

'योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः is a fundamental concept in "Yog Sutras" of Patanjali. Where he describes the Yoga as'योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः that is stilling of mind to experince ultimate reality and move towards self -realization, move to (as Sutra says)"Kaivalya".
