The best age for children to start is usually around the age of 4-5. Introducing children to Classical Music is important as it helps with their listening skills. Do not force your child to train. Play the music and let them listen to it. If they enjoy listening to it, put them in a vocal class. Children do not do well when they have no interest in learning. Classical singing is also not just a hobby. I personally think that you should only learn Classical Music if you truly want to better and improve yourself and not as a time pass activity.
