Having been certified ( Associate and Professional in different 5 functions ), I can say no one on earth can guarantee you a job even after Certification, they have Data base of employers- which can support in placement assistance ( need to underscore this.
But not to get disappointed, HCM is in good demand and with the Education/ Certification partner and approachign the SAP clients / consulting companies and penetrating into the SAP help groups can surely give you an edge in cracking through the SAP job and to build a career later on
Knowledge is certainly power but Applied knowledge is the Real power
