Many coaches tend to do this pushing them in water as they have water fear some feel this is best way to remove fear but its wrong you need to let person come in water feel water and comfort them as per thier level and coach should encourage and support and apprised to do what they are doing

Hello, I am fitness freak person. When I started gym I suffered from a backache. Then shifted my focus to running but due to my pronated foot, I am not able to pursue that passion as well. The doctor suggested me to learn swimming. I am willing to learn it but as I am working professional, 10 AM to 7 PM job does not allow me to attend swimming classes which are generally between 10 AM to 6 PM. Suggest me a solution or any alternative sport which I can learn in this odd timings and be fit.

Yes, little bit you learn. Perfectly not possible. Able to float and move little.

I want to learn swimming. I stay near electronic city Bangalore. Is there near by swimming coaching centers available near by?
If you find that the memberships are too expensive in resorts,clubs or hotels, try some standard pools with 50 mts where public batches would be available at nominal prices of Rs 30-50 per hour. Hope this helps.
