According to me Home tuition fee depend according to class of the student and experience of a teacher As home tution for class 1to 8 parents usually find teacher who can teach all subjects .So these are the fee detail of each class for all subjects
Class 1 - 1500- 2500 per month
Class 2-2000- 3000 p/m
Class 3 - 2500- 3500p/m
Class 4 - 3000- 4000p/m
Class 5 -3500- 4500p/m
Class 6 - 4000- 5000p/m
Class 7 - 4500- 5500p/m
Class 8- 5000- 6000p/m

It actually depends upon the area.If the tution is at student's home you can start with 150 per hour upto even 800 per hour depends on which class the student belons to.As per my experience charging per hour is more benificial to the tutors as you can earn more than the monthly fees which sumpsup less compared to the other one.
