How to do toe bending?
Sit down on the floor or use mat any mat. Now straighten your legs feel relaxed. Make your feet straight no need to bend ankle bend your toes & fingers when you bend forward, exhale when you pull them back. Nose breathing is essential in yoga, so inhale up exhale down, which means forward turning same in ankle bending.
Next exercise: Inhale, up stretch, again exhale down. Now it's time for ankle rotation. Rotate your ankle feel like you have paint on your thumb & you are drawing zero with the thumb while moving ankle when you start bending down in rotation exhale the breath & when you take up the leg upside inhale long deep breath slowly.
