Is there any age limit while performing Yoga?
There is no age limit for performing yoga, but certainly medical condition are to be considered before starting yoga. Do discuss it with your teacher or guru for your own benefit.

What is the difference between Yogasanas and other exercises?
In yoga asana all the movements are very slow, steady, smooth, rhythmic, like a poetry. Where as in exercises all the movements are fast that increases your heart rate. In Yogic practice your heart rate does not go that high.
